Shipping:

Orders purchased from marimeia.com are packaged with care in our signature packaging. All orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day from our warehouse. Please note that during busier times, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, and we appreciate your patience. Orders will be delivered within Sweden within 1-3 days. All orders placed outside of Sweden will be delivered in 3-5 days within Europe.

With the checkout, the desired shipping method can be chosen. We offer shipping with delivery to mailbox via Swedish Small Parcels services, consisting of PostNord, CityMail and Early Bird. Other home delivery services such as Bring and Budbee are available as well. Delivery to pick-up points and lockers can be chosen in the checkout page. All shipping options have different prices which can be seen in the checkout page. After checkout, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking code.

The delivery method you select may necessitate picking up the order from a designated delivery point within the timeframe specified in the delivery notification. Failure to collect the delivery within the stipulated time may result in a fee being levied, and the order may be returned to us at your cost. Furthermore, if the delivery is not retrieved within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

 

Returns:

Purchases made on marimeia.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

30-Night Sleep Guarantee:

Our 30-Night Sleep Guarantee ensures that you have ample time to experience the comfort and quality of our silk pillowcases. During this period, if you find that our pillowcases are not meeting your expectations for any reason, you have the option to return them. However, it's important to adhere to our return requirements outlined below.

Initiate a return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@marimeia.com with your order number, the item's name, reason for return and original photos. After we accept your refund request, we will send you a label containing return instructions. Keep in mind that the client is responsible for all return shipping costs which can not be refunded, unless the product founds te be defective or a wrong products, which is a fault from our side.
For customers outside the EU, return and exchange shipping costs, as well as any associated duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the client.

Please ensure that returned items are in perfect condition, unused, and returned in the original mari meia box. All returns must be shipped with the original packaging secured inside another carton box to prevent damage.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will assess its eligibility. If the return meets our criteria, we will proceed with either replacing the item or issuing a refund, according to your preference.
Mari meia reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Please note that customs, VAT, and any additional charges for orders outside the EU are non-refundable.

Return requirements:
All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unwashed: Items must be in original condition and packaging. Returns cannot be processed for worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Damage-Free Requirement: Products should show no signs of wear or damage, unless received damaged.
  • Bundle or Set Order: While partial returns for bundle items are typically not accepted, exceptions may be made, when for example, wrong items are delivered. Some items from the bundle or set can be returned. Contact our customer service team at info@marimeia.com with any concerns.
  • Hygiene Products: Certain items like sleep masks, hair elastics, hair styling products, and beauty products cannot be returned due to hygienically reasons. However, we're happy to explore alternatives such as discounts or store credit refunds. 

Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately upon receipt for evaluation and resolution within 48 hours after arrival.

Refunds:
Once your return has been accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 working days. 

Note that: items ordered with a sale price, exchanges are not always possible due to stock reasons. Additionally, these items cannot be refunded and only be exchanged for a product or store credit.

For exchanges, simply return the item and make a new purchase once the return is processed.
