When purchasing an item from mari meia online, you enter into an agreement with WMN Group B.V. These terms apply to all orders placed on our website. You can easily access these terms during and after your purchase.

2. Price and Payment:

The price displayed on our website includes VAT, with shipping costs listed separately. You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available on the mari meia webshop.

3. Delivery:

We strive to process and deliver your order promptly. If you receive incomplete or damaged products, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Make sure to provide accurate delivery information to prevent misdelivery. The client is responsible for any other/more damages during a delivery back to our warehouse if your product is incomplete/damaged.

4. Warranty and Complaints:

We aim to accurately represent our products on the website. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it unopened, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging within 14 days for a refund. To initiate a return, email us and check our Return Policy. For complaints, please email us.

5. Cooling-off Period:

You have 14 days after receiving the product to cancel the agreement without giving a reason. Notify us of your decision to cancel, and you can return the product via our return portal.

6. Gift Cards:

Gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed on www.marimeia.com. They cannot be exchanged for cash and expire once fully used. If a purchase isn't fully covered by a gift card, you can use an additional payment method to complete the transaction.

7. Gifts and Returns:

If you received gifts (no gift cards) as part of a promotion and decide to return your order, you c an only exchange this for a store credit due to our stocking in sale periods. 

8. Intellectual Property Rights:

Mari meia owns all intellectual property rights related to the mari meia brand, website, and products.
